Each attending company is provided two standing tables, electrical sockets and network access

Yes, your representatives have access to our business lounge. There they are served one lunch each, and can pick up coffee and fika throughout the day.

Larger deliveries may be dropped off the day before between 3 and 5 pm and the Nymble loading dock. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance if you intend to deliver equipment the day before the fair.

The fair opens to the public at 10 am, and we recieve attending companies starting at 8 am. Please arrive with plenty of time to find your spot and assemble your showcase.

The Fusion banquet is a dinner with mingling, drinks and presentations from companies. A fun ending to a long day, where you also get the chance to get to know students in a more informal setting.
Dress code: Business casual

That is certainly possible. But remember that you get a very favorable price for attending the fair AND hosting an event if you order our Event package! If you still are only interested in arranging a separate event, then your request is best directed to the Physics Chapter Business Association chair at fnordf@f.kth.se .
